My name is Sarah Natalie (she/her) and I am an instructional designer. I create adult learning experiences that meet business goals and close performance gaps. I believe in leveraging cognitive load theory and metacognition to give learners the tools they need to to think critically about their own processes, leading to long-term performance improvements.

I hold an MSED in Instructional Technology. I use my expertise to design learning experiences for my colleagues as a Professional Development leader in my organization.
